Anonymous asked: so I'm really curious about how you are writing the sexual tension and sexual scenes between Nicu and Lyrik? I'm not an ignorant person I know that people with mental disabilities can and do have romantic relationships but I'm just wondering your approach to it because it sounds like a challenge to understand the thought processes and the approach to sex that someone with a mental disability might have and that someone who is neurotypical who is in a relationship with someone like this might hav

Anonymous asked: You don't have to answer this, but I just wanted to say that I think you should read Of Beauty and Beast and Princess of Thorns by Stacey Jay, both are retellings and I'm sure you'll like them.
Oh, thanks! I always appreciate getting book recs 😊
Anonymous asked: Hey Natalia! How does the book making process go. Like how do you find an artist and then get their image on your books? I’m assuming since you are an indie author you get more say in your covers. I’m just curious 🙂
I found my cover designer, Juan, through a recommendation from a fellow author. Back when I wanted to redo the FK covers, I asked my peers for any tips of good cover designers, so it was a fairly easy process.
As an indie author, I own the full rights to my ebooks & paperbacks, so I have complete say over the cover. The only caveat is that since I’m working with a designer (whom I’ve chosen and hired), I can’t 100% control how the final cover will turn out. I send him inspiration details of what I’d love to see (character descriptions, style ideas, etc.), and then give my input & feedback as the cover is revised.
Having that sort of control as an indie is wonderful. And Juan is great because he keeps revising the covers until I’m happy 😊
Anonymous asked: Hi hope I’m not crowding your inbox but I just had to say I love your books with the fire of 10000 suns. Trick and Dare are now two of my favorite books of all time and the feeling they gave me while reading them, and after, is indescribable. Your books deserve so much recognition and praise not only for the beautiful writing but for the beautiful content.

Oh fuck. It is 7:00 am and I haven’t gone to bed yet because I couldn’t put down Lie by Natalia Jaster and I need Dream to be out right now immediately.
But for real though, why do her books always keep me up all night? I read Trick in pretty much one sitting. And I was up until dawn finishing Dare, too.
These books are so good please read them.
